As part of a home inspection, it's important to check the attic insulation. Check the type, thickness, and condition, and be sure to look for mold or mildew, which can indicate water damage.

When inspecting the kitchen, it is crucial to check the drainage system, including the drains, pipes, and plumbing materials for leaks, cracks, and other signs of damage.

When inspecting the attic, it's important to check the insulation, including the type, thickness, and condition. Watch out for mold or mildew, which could be a sign of water damage.

Check if there are any leaks, cracks, or other signs of damage to the roof during the home inspection.

Inspect the ductwork where it passes through the ceiling and crawlspace panel. These locations can be difficult to seal properly, so it's important to examine them thoroughly.

I check heating and cooling systems during their respective seasons.

Ventilation is important in attics to avoid problems with the insulation, such as organic growth or rot.

Electrical panels and wirings are inspected during a professional inspection.

We inspected whether your attic has enough ventilation and air flow as part of your home inspection. Sufficient ventilation is crucial; bad air flow can damage your roofing system.

The solar system is separate from the home and won't be included in this inspection.

As per the home inspection agreement, the pool is not included in the home inspection.
